Your rental date is not confirmed until signed contracts are received and payments are processed. The deposit fee is refundable after your event when the building and grounds have been inspected and are determined to be in good condition and free of any damage.

If the rental agreement is cancelled 90 days or more prior to the scheduled event, the deposit will be returned. If cancelled less than 90 days prior to the scheduled event, the deposit will be forfeited.
